  • What causes joint pain?
    Arthritis could be a reason for joint pains and could have more than 100 rheumatic diseases and other conditions that cause pain, stiffness, and swelling in joints. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease that damages the lining surrounding our joints while also destroying our bones, tissue, and joints over time.
  • What causes shoulder pain?
    The shoulder pain could occur when rotator cuff tendons become trapped under the bony area in the shoulder. The tendons become inflamed or damaged. This condition is called rotator cuff tendinitis or bursitis and it is the most common reason for shoulder pain
